@jmcartdvm I have a folder I named «vacuum cleaner». Basically throw everything in there that is taken care of, to keep my Inbox somehow under control. I find it quicker than sorting emails in folders I use the search function to find emails. And makes me feel good to vacuum the inbox! 😁

C’est habituellement dû principalement à un dommage mécanique au lait: transport, pression, conduits trop étroits, température...et il y a probablement aussi un effet génétique et alimentaire, mais de moins grand impact

En gros, comme le gras n’est pas soluble dans l’eau, et que le lait est constitué à 87% d’eau, les molecules de gras se regroupent en boules qu’on appelle des micelles de gras. Quand ces micelles
