@cenbank @cenbank please @diamondbank has refused to refund me my 27000 since 30th Novembe 2018, they said the transaction was successful when it wasn't,,, even @InterswitchGRP has confirmed the transaction wasn't successful but still the bank is doing nothing about it

@cenbank I have contacted @interswitch which confirmed failed transaction and demanded i get a refund from my bank @DiamondBankHelp. But till now nothing as the bank seems not to be able to track that transaction
