All Duke wanted to do was go for a walk, possibly like he has done many times before, however he was attacked by a dog that was of a breed with zero restrictions on it, his owner quite heroically threw himself on top of him as a means to protect him, then ended up getting his face bitten for his efforts, Duke was duly muzzled & he wasn't doing anything wrong, soon after that a passer by witnessed the incident of the out of control Alsatian attacking the duly muzzled, leashed & responsibly owned dog & reported 'an XL bully attack' as a result of this riot vans squad cars, 24 police officers, 4 of which were armed were sent after Duke, the police had blocked the road off too.

Luckily Dukes owner was responsible & didn't let him outside & one of the police officers was willing to hear his side of what was going on, however this all could have been avoided if the owner of the German dog had been responsible by muzzling & leashing their pet!
