Pupil Premium is a passion close to my heart, and 90% of my work focuses on this area through the Power Programme. So when I got the call just 48 hours before the event, I didn’t hesitate. BIG opportunities require BIG readiness, and I live by this mantra:

"It's better to be prepared for an opportunity and not have one, than to have an opportunity and not be prepared."

I truly feel I delivered my message, and the truth is, I loved every moment of it. The warmth, energy, and inspiration from everyone in the room made it such a memorable experience.
