Jeremy Clarkson has announced that following tests a few months ago he is recovering from prostate cancer.

“I am without a doubt, officially, the world’s luckiest man,” Clarkson said.

“It was an aggressive type of cancer. It could have spread, it could have gone into the pancreas, it could have gone anywhere, and that would have been trouble.”

Jeremy Clarkson said he will now undergo regular blood tests to monitor his health, knowing there is a 40% chance of prostate cancer returning:

“I try to be positive. I’ve decided to be one of the 60% who doesn’t have a recurrence.”

This is marvellous news. I’m delighted to hear he’s doing so well. Wishing him continued good health and a full recovery. 👏✊👍🇬🇧🙏❤️
