No matter how anointed, insightful, and knowledgeable a man is, you cannot be blessed by just hanging around. Judas was around Christ for three years and a half but he was not different from the Pharisees, who were outsiders. The problem wasn't with Christ. There must be a DELIBERATE RECEIVING. There are people who attend sound churches and still never become sound believers. See, there's a way to receive! It's purposeful, deliberate, consistent, and academic in style. You take notes, go back to check, read more, listen again to the tapes, ask questions. That's a student right there! You cannot make any meaningful progress in the faith until you put on this attitude of learning. This passive approach will never work! We need to sound this loud and clear!

Learn never to stop giving because those who set the examples for you walked away from it

Learn not to leave a church or ministry because your friends or siblings or those who introduced you to the church left there

Learn to HAVE A PERSONAL CONVICTION
