@Delta not to me, not to other Delta Support Centers (which they have claimed is a common occurrence with Atlanta so you might want to look into that … ) I have lost a lot of money, personal items, and overal sanity because if your insanely horrible customer service. DO. BETTER.
@Delta It is now Friday, August 20th. After multiple calls to your baggage claim, it seems as though my bag is just sitting in the Atlanta Delta Airport and they REFUSE to answer their phones
@Delta When arriving in Daytona Beach FL, the baggage customer service office was CLOSED. I then had to wait for a gentleman to open who looked at my situation and literally said … I’ve never seen anything like this. Here’s a claim number, good luck.
@Delta As soon as I got off the plane I went to the agent to see where this bag was. The agent scanned the ticket and told me that the tag had “been destroyed” so it is no longer in the system. She then proceeded to take the ticket I was given because I was not in fact the person
@Delta I told them MULTIPLE times that I have a connecting flight less than an hour in Atlanta so could not go to baggage claim. They ignored my request and handed me a baggage ticket. This ticket was for ANOTHER PASSENGER entirely.
@Delta When I boarded the flight in Nashville, my carryon bag was taken away from me at the gate saying it must be checked and would arrive in baggage claim in Atlanta.
@Delta I don’t really know where to start with explaining how poor your customer service is. On Monday, August 18th I boarded a flight from Nashville, TN, connecting in Atlanta, GA, arriving at my final destination of Daytona Beach, Florida.
