With regard to the contractor that has to be address by the contractor relation liaison that oversees All Tech. As a service specialist we are here to assist with getting the unit back in good working order.
@CBailey09 @AHS_Warranty I have spent so much time calling customer service😡 After having a company in my house for 5 months, they ended up not only not solving but creating other problem after keeping close to 1300 out of pocket. Who’s responsible? AHS cause they don’t listen and sided with company !
@AHS_Warranty Stop sending me surveys if you don’t even reply when am asking for contractor liaison for the stupid company you sent me. The customer never have any saying here?

@AHS_Warranty I am still waiting for someone to provide me the information to contact the contractor liaison for the company AHS imposed me all summer. Not only they didn’t fix it, they created another problem and kept out of pocket money under AHS watch .
@AHS_Warranty First I have to call numerous times and tweet to know what’s going on. Then I ask a question about it and the response is that the contractor liaison is the one addresses that. Received a survey and only gives me maximum of 3 to choose items I was dissatisfied. 😡

@AHS_Warranty You guys only care about taking customers money and not about providing quality service. 5 months of no cold air in the summer and now no heat due to an improper installation from the same company I told you guys I don’t want to deal with. Now your fix is what?
Current temperature outside 75
Temperature inside my house with AC AHS claims is fixed by contractor that has been in my house around 10 times since May : 77
Is that a fixed unit ? Nope
@brockter@AHS_Warranty They better not even try to say they are not aware! I have spoke with enough customer service reps in both English and Spanish. They have plenty of evidence that this is happening and that I am not satisfied with how they disregard my complaints!!!!!
@AHS_Warranty@AHS_Warranty I have my policy for over 4 years . Have a major appliance not working and AHS has the same AC company coming to my house since May ! We are in October and my house is still warmer than the temperatures outside! Fix or replace is a lie!

@AHS_Warranty Fixing and AC since May sounds like a warranty you can trust? I’ve been dealing with company since May! It’s October and is not resolved! Calling and letting them know don’t do a thing cause no one cares! Fix it or replace is a lie! Not fixed!
