Natural England wants to remove 90% of Dartmoor’s ponies.
Our Exmoor ponies are next. These animals have been here for thousands of years.
A government quango, destroying the countryside and its heritage.

Jimmy Dore, in conversation with Neil Oliver:
"What is even more maddening than the Covid madness is people's willingness to memory hole Covid... and nobody has to pay a price for any of the lies they told."
"There's not even a congressional hearing... to find out how this happened, how we did all this anti-science stuff... about masks, and lockdowns... and the vaccine itself—it doesn't stop transmission and contraction, which is the basis for mandates. It was nothing but lies."
"As Bill Gates said after he cashed in his Pfizer stock... the virus had a low mortality rate, and it affected mostly the elderly, just like the flu... and so we shut the whole world down... over nothing, basically nothing."
"And now everybody's just trying to pretend like that's old news, even though, as we all know, it takes at least 10 years to figure out what all the side effects are from... an experimental medical treatment, and they still, by the way, have the emergency use authorisation for the Covid booster vaccines."
"It's kind of depressing that there hasn't been some kind of reckoning."

@yeovalley Thank you so much for that clarification. That is very useful and very welcome information.

@NoFarmsNoFoods@1GarethWynJones I support farmers but will not be buying Arla. Grass and farts for that matter are natural. Bovaer is not. I would prefer farms to be traditional, organic and humane - not corporatised. Big tech giants from abroad should not be messing with our food supply.
BOVAER - what on earth it that, and are we using it?
You might have heard about Bovaer—a feed additive designed to reduce methane emissions from cows. It's also slightly more interesting than that too - as it's going to be made just 20 miles from our own farm in Dalry, Ayrshire for export across the world.
On the surface, it sounds like a game-changer for the planet, but here at Mossgiel it's not on the menu.
At Mossgiel, we don’t just treat the symptoms of the problem; we look at the whole picture. Yes, methane emissions are a challenge, but rather than relying on additives, we focus on creating a system that works with nature. Here's why:
All of the cows on all of the farms supplying Mossgiel live on and eat organic grass, just as nature intended.
They graze on lush, organic pastures, free from chemical additives. We believe that healthy cows raised in harmony with the land are part of the solution—not just for emissions but for the soil, biodiversity, and the quality of your milk. On our own farm we feed seaweed too - which has shown to reduce methane naturally while boosting cow health through their immune system.
Regenerative, Organic farming is our fix.
Reducing methane isn’t just about what goes into the cow—it’s about what’s happening around her. By improving soil health, sequestering carbon, and promoting biodiversity, farmers are tackling emissions in a way that builds a better future for everyone.
Transparency is our promise.
Hey, anything that helps our climate issues is a positive to us - but humans have interrupted nature's flow before, and it's not worked out great. Big companies are trying to fix our issues with additives and UPFs when often, the answer is in our soil and in our whole foods.
At Mossgiel, we’re committed to farming in a way that puts the planet, animals, and people first. Because in the end, we don’t just want to reduce emissions; we want to live in a world where farming is the solution, not the problem.
Bovaer may be the solution of the future in a number of cases, and a large dairy are leading the research with a few UK farmers; but for now it's not for us.
