Can the management of @Amtrak explain why platforms to trains are not publicly published at least an hour ahead of time? But instead passengers are only given the platform information 15 mins prior to board before trains leave?!?!

@united would highly recommend asking Heathrow Airport to better train their staff at the gold security line. The general line way way faster. How do I know? The gentleman’s wife in front of me is waiting on the other side of security for the past 10 mins and he still is in line.
