She was last seen on June 10 in surveillance footage with another man in the area of Sunnydale Park in Barrie.
The family and police believe Autumn was taken.

LOFT's BLOOM Program offers housing and one-on-one support services for individuals identifying as transgender/gender-expansive. We welcome individuals 18 years and older, hormonally or surgically transitioning, and facing homelessness, mental health or addiction challenges.
