Per Gov. @tatereeves, MS Public Schools will cont. distance learning and will not return to physical schools for the remainder of the semester.
I want to highlight some stories of Mississippi small businesses stepping up to help their communities face COVID-19. They deserve a big thank you! If you’ve seen any go above and beyond to lend a hand to support fellow Mississippians, comment below with their name and the story!

The threat of severe weather is elevated for portions of central and south Mississippi from now until tonight. Be aware of flooding over roads and possible road closures.
MEMA partner, the Civil Air Patrol conducted a flyover mission to capture images of flooding in Lawrence and Marion Counties. While the Pearl River has crested in that area, water is not receding quickly. We are working with county EMA's to fulfill necessary resource requests
