How do i reach out to your customer care support?
I have tried calling multiple times
All i get is an automated voice repeating my loan details
I have mailed as well but same thing just automated reply with loan details
I was wrongfully charged more than the amount

Worst service ever
First of all I was tricked into starting auto adding money to my wallet. Then after numerous tries I'm not being able to cancel it. After probably trying to call the customer service 1000 times and no response i am forced to tweet this

Every time i do cancel the auto add money it shows "failed to cancel the auto add money" do you have any remedy for that? Or it's just another way to scam normal hardworking citizens?
