@AmericanAir please tell me how I was given points for one leg of a return ticket and told the other portion was credited to the partner airline? How is that even possible! Also, they were not!

Booked a flight with Air Transat on their partner airline Porter Airlines. Paid for the Eco Standard fare (not Basic) 2 include a carry on. Additional $50 per ticket. Only to find out I had to pay Porter for the bags instead. Cost an additional $240 round trip @Porterairlne247

@airtransat sucks! They can't correct a mistake THEY made with @porterairlines and now I can't check in on line and neither airline will help! Bad look on the new routes.

@AskeBay for the record I've been an ebay customer for 16 years. But no worries, Amazon would have issued a full refund. Lesson learned.

@AskeBay customer service was zero help. One said I'd get a refund. Next one said no. Even though he can see the package was returned and delivered by UPS today.

@AskeBay imagine never receiving a package that was returned to sender by UPS to the address provided by the ebay platform by the seller and neither ebay or the seller refunding your purchase.
