We recently ran an intergenerational project over 4 weeks at @KnowetopS , where we looked at what it was like growing up in the 1950s in Motherwell and school life back then. The kids really loved hearing Nancy’s stories & enjoyed the experience 🤩 #intergenerational #schooldays

Since June, we’ve been running a Men’s group on a Friday in @DLStAndrews, they have been enjoying an array of activities since then. Here, some of the men are enjoying carpet bowls- which has been a firm favourite so far! #MensHealth #over65s #befriending
