Our original seats were correct ones. When we got back to them, Eurostar staff were occupying the neighbouring family’s seats. We were accused of being wrong and staff insisted on seeing all our tkts. Very rude staff. Negative T/A review to follow! 🤬

Just received a text saying I need to take out new contract.
My current contract includes GoRoam, so I don’t want to change.

I have cancelled my Three account and have taken out a contract with an alternative provider.
Now paying £8 a month instead of £22+ with Three. And, I get data rollover and data roaming included. 😊

I had sent a website contact message, and received an email with a phone number. I had to email a passport sized photo to them and call them after doing so. My Railcard has been updated with my photo now. 😊

@VirginAtlantic I have downloaded and/or sent as pdf document about 5 times. I tried taking screenshots, changing from pdf to JPEG, scanning as JPEG, nothing is working! At least I can do it at the airport.

Does the Passenger Locator form need to be done electronically?

I am having difficulty submitting the Pre-Flight online forms.
My Covid-19 Pass is constantly rejected saying it is blurred, but Hubby’s submitted without any problems and the forms look identical, except our names! I have tried lots of times!

@amirhimself No, we haven’t quarantined since the Day 1 (-ve) result came through. Our 2nd results should be updated on the passport system by the hospital staff. 🤞🏼
We expected to be notified of the result.

I hope it doesn’t cause problems when we leave the country!
