I made this for free with H3 + Wan2GP on my RTX 5080. 1080p. Running locally.
My setup is now open source: FrameDam.
Basically the same thing as Higgsfield Genjutsu, but for free on your own hardware. You can even edit portions of the background of the video, take a look at around 00:06.

Today we are rolling out Gemini 4 Argon globally in the Gemini API, to Pro + Ultra in Gemini App, and Ultra subs in Antigravity!
Argon is a huge step forward for Gemini, and a labor of love. This model has been battle tested by over 100,000 people at Google over the last month, with so much new innovation, ambition, and hard work baked into this release. The team has been heads down over the last 6 months working to make this possible across the stack (research, infra, safety, eng, etc).
We rolled the model out to cyber defenders as part of our fairwind program and early access customers over the last 2 weeks, it has been amazing to see and talk to folks who are now using this model daily. Seeing the models writing capability, raw knowledge and persistence for coding, paired with new features like 1M token output when the model needs to work more has gotten me even more excited about our path ahead.
This is just the start of the Gemini 4 era. As you saw with 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, and 3.8 Flash, our iteration speed with Gemini is fast : ) Now with Gemini 4 Argon to work from, I am cannot wait to see the progress continue, and most importantly see what this new model enables for the world.
This is such a special moment in the arc of technology, as millions of people everyday tackle problems they could never have thought possible before. Gemini 4 Argon was built to help you tackle the hardest problems. I have personally felt this spark with Argon and hope you do too. Onwards!!

[UPDATE] I rebuilt Usage Tray Pill, my open-source Windows taskbar tool.
Under the hood:
β’ Persistent background collector + Codex connection reuse
β’ OpenCode Go usage API instead of dashboard scraping
β’ Smarter retries and refreshes around quota resets
β’ Native text rendering with crisp icons and smooth edges
Plus light/dark themes and smoother provider switching.
Codex, Claude, Antigravity, OpenCode Go & optional Qwen.
Try it and tell me what breaks π

Applied for the Claude Startups program with my Start-up. Review took very long while many got in within minutes.
After many days received a message saying welcome to Claude Startups and without getting a chance to redeem it, received a message saying it has been removed due to "underestimated" demand.
Kinda disappointing of @claudeai .One would think a review taking that many days should qualify a company...
@argofowl bro aside from all the political/ethical issues this will bring, the quality and accuracy in these videos are freaking amazing... crazy how far AI video generation has come

We didnβt anticipate the demand for the Claude Startups program. In the first 48 hours of the program, we received 21x the number of applications compared to the last 5 months itβs been live.
We let way too many people in this time, so weβll need to pause on giving out the Team plan and API credits benefits. The other benefits (Startup Stack, Applied AI office hours/events) will remain. If youβve already claimed the Claude offers, theyβll still remain in your account.
We didnβt properly tune the acceptance criteria at the start, and many non-startups were accepted this time around. Weβre fixing this now. Weβre sending an email now to everybody who hasnβt claimed their benefits yet, and will re-verify those applications so we can keep Claude Startups for startups π
@ichelpark I intentionally changed that part of the background using H3 in Wan2GP. No separate per-frame matte or static mask. I guided the edit with the source video, reference images and prompt.
