@SethVarnerOMA I respectfully disagree, I believe that the minimum wage should be increased to account for inflation and since NE hasn't raised the minimum wage for awhile I think $15 is a good starting point. It's unfortunate that some businesses aren't profitable enough to afford this #mavorg

My first car was old and falling apart and every few months I would have to take it into the shop to get something else fixed. I didn't want to get a new car because I had already put so much money into my old car. I think this is a good example of Escalating commitment #mavorg

@miyatamika44 This is definitely true as I worked for a grocery store for 2 years and we were consistently understaffed. People don't want to work at a stressful job and not be paid appropriately. With so many companies raising their pay grocery stores need to keep up. #mavorg
