2. Decertify NRLCA and no union

To be negotiated and determined still.

I understand the concern. Once we get enough petition signatures other unions will bargain with us. 36,000 signatures just allows us to put up a vote next year. So they will be 3 choices next year.

I'm not sugar coating, the response is crazy.
Phone calls from carriers nationwide and my wife and I stay up late printing and mailing.
