@Torysocialist @AndrewScheidl There is an existing structure of militia regiments surviving at a bare subsistence level of 26,000 that could be ramped up to a 100,000 or so -relatively- easily over 10 years. Just needs the will to do it-which no party seems to have- and several billion dollars.
