"Anyways I SBWL a stockvel whereby we each contribute R5000 as 10 people. That's R50 000 per month, R600 000 per year. We buy land for R250 000 ekasi ( I don't know why land is so expensive ekasi kodwa yazi) continue saving for another year and half. We should have R1 250 000 excluding interest. We build ama bachelor units ay20. R2500 rental per month that's R50 000 month in our account. R40 000 after rates and water. We can save R90 000 monthly now and continue the same process till we eventually all millionaires in 5 or 6yrs. Probably hire our own kids to run the business and expand it better with their fresh new ideas.

That's the power of a stockvel. Instead of useless stockvel for food. We can have business stockvels. Buy ama bus or trucks stockvel. Open supermakets stockvel. Jus a stockvel to start a business. ..."
