@Ryanair currently stuck in Bucharest waiting for a flight to London Stanstead that was meant to have left about 11 hours ago. The replacement flight is apparently due to leave in 20 minutes but no sign of a plane, no sign of Ryan Air staff. This is an absolute shambles. FIX. IT.
