@thepoolshark I've had it twice now.

The first time was back in July 2022. Took me about 3 weeks from the start to when I had all my energy back.

I am currently getting over it myself. 3 day COVID this time. Feeling more like myself 6 days later.

I've been taking multivitamins as well
