@AdrianHiel You could apply a section of internal wall insulation around the door frame inside hallway to reduce the cold bridge and then lift some floor boards on 1st floor and apply insulation from above between floor joists. A product like Aerogel insulation.

This also takes into consideration the project's surveyed that never materialise. Would increase if dealing with larger estates of the same house type.

@taraconnollyGW @sallypad You mentioned in another tweet you have no rads upstairs and using electric plug in heaters instead. They drink electricity !! My guess the heat pump is not fully to blame here. Yes the heat pump will be working harder in the cold spell but you might need to sub meter.
