前腕の「回内・回外」と上腕二頭筋（GIFアニメ）

上腕二頭筋（紫）は橈骨の内側（橈骨粗面）に付着する。
【回内】上腕二頭筋の腱は橈骨と尺骨の隙間に引っ張り込まれて筋繊維が伸びる。
【回外】筋繊維が収縮して「力こぶ」ができる

通常の解剖学はこうだと思います。（私も勉強中なので、もし間違いあればご指摘ください）

ちなみに初めてGIFアニメ出力しました。フレーム４枚。文字サイズや色は工夫できそう。
