@BBCWorld I believe that this is a serious mistake and it will be very hard to get the money back. A lot of workers will already have spent this money and won’t be pleased to give it back. Their motivation will be much lower, so I believe this mistake will have some serious consequences.

@JasperVS_school I fully agree with you! Ethnic minority employees feel too often that they are treated worse and are underpaid compared to their white counterparts. I believe that they should be payed equally!
