@VRwithJasmine I would have been tempted to get this even if I decided against getting a Steam Machine. The Companion Cube catches my eye every time I open SteamVR Home
@Griff_ I've played every moment in VR and love exploring and finding new planets. Started a fresh save recently, this time determined to finish the stories and join the expedition. Love there is always new content. Among my favorite forever playable games
@EastVanJustin It was a way to reserve cap space to have money to try to resign Hughes if he chose to stay. Had they used that money on Suter, it would have been tied up for multiple years. Was it limited risk (contract year for Kane), yes. Did it pay off, No.
@GinoHard_ Teams should negotiate into the NMC that if the player requests a trade, then there needs to be a minimum of 1/2 the teams in the league on a list. The player retains their power to not be moved, but does not then dictate the terms if they ask to be moved
@GAMERTAGVR Hopefully the Intel and NVidia drivers come together next year and I can go full Steam Machine, but at least I will see how that goes.
In the meantime, the need for quality PCVR streaming has me very excited to get back to some titles, and to see what Frame can do.
@GAMERTAGVR I am waiting to see what kind of VR experience theSteam Machine can provide. On Tested, the engineers mentioned they want the bext experience for Frame, so I am curious. Although I think I will try to convert my older desktop to Linux with Bazzite first to get used to Linux
@gingasvr I have so many issues with getting things to play nice between Meta Link, Virtual Desktop and SteamVR... if the Foveated Streaming really can give me my PC quality and all be native SteamVR then it should be a major win for PCVR users.
@benz145@ID_AA_Carmack@PalmerLuckey I really enjoyed the Rift-S... it was supposed to be a stop gap between the Vive and getting an Index, but it stuck with me until I wore it out, and never did get an Index.
I'm surprised I haven't seen Valve Index here so far...
Super excited for Steam Frame though.
@RayReynoldsNMS@NoMansSky Now only if it gave you a workstation to be able to edit and swap components to make your best tools for the trade...
Maybe that is coming, but the storage was just the first phase... but then that might be too easy.
I am even more glad for the tool scrapper :D
@RayReynoldsNMS@NoMansSky@hellogames@Griff_ I'm so glad you are experiencing a game you love in VR. VR has really ruined flat gaming for me in so many ways and NMS is amazing. There are some quirks that could use some fixing, but still, I simply love the game in VR
@SadlyItsBradley I was using the speakers on the Reverb G2 and loved them. That enthusiast strap would cover the two biggest personal hopes then - I love my BoboVR batteries, I have been shocked there have not been more like it, and the off ear speakers - that sound was amazing... Yes please!
@GAMERTAGVR Always love your conversations and the excitement you bring to the technology. VR is really about so much more than games and I love hearing about all of it, although I am pretty happy playing in my gaming sandbox.
@SadlyItsBradley Its really exciting if they are beginning to go down the road for mass production. It has felt like forever looking at this technology develop (from the outside), while I'm sure it has been moving a a breakneck pace in the industry.
@RayReynoldsNMS@Griff_ I have only played NMS in VR... I had to go flat the other day and could not even figure out how to launch my ship in the moment. I still use Teleport as I tend to get a bit motion sick in this game, but I love this game in VR
