On Monday night, I was thrilled to attend the @MSLAtweet Bookmark Awards at Unlikely Story to recognize 7th grader Veronica. She received a gift card and recognition with all other winners and honorees.

It’s Pi Day! We are reading a story and playing with math! Spirographs, Sue Cumfrence and the Dragon of Pi, and Pi bead bracelets.

6th grade classes came in to “speed date” their Study of Character books. 45 seconds to look at each table and then pick their perfect book!
