A podcast dedicated to Packers coverage, coming to you with game recaps and game previews every week during the season and coverage continues into the offseason
I'm gonna say something that's not too popular right now:
JLo will be QB's starter for 10+ years. No way he doesn't fix his accuracy & then mental side will come. He's smart, he's a hard-worker, he's level-headed, he's so goddamn talented, and the coaches trust him. Book it.
Jordan Love was 18th in pass attempts with just 485.
Matthew Stafford led the NFL with 716 attempts.
If you gave Love Stafford's volume and kept his averages the same, he'd have:
5,468 Yards
40 TDs
8 INTs
If those were his stats, nobody would still be debating how good Jordan Love is.
Hutch is really good, he’s a great player.
The gap between him and Micah is significant though, Micah is disruptive 24/7 - 365.
Aidan looks like prime Jared Allen vs shit opponents. He’s a fucking ghost vs anyone worth a squirt of piss.
So just to understand your logic
Bears getting turnovers = luck
Bears not turning ball over = luck
Bears winning 1 score games = luck
Caleb being clutch in second half = luck
I mean at some point the excuses are a little insane…you worship J Love up and down and blame the defense for the collapses vs Chicago but somehow fail to recognize the offense putting the defense in bad spots by going 3 and repeatedly late in the second half in both losses.
Packers RB MarShawn Lloyd spent months this offseason working with Dr. John Meyer in California with the goal of fixing his body, which has failed him so far in the NFL.
I spoke with Meyer about what they did and what he found.

he and jordan love could’ve done some nasty stuff on that field together man. if he becomes a trade candidate at the mid-season deadline again, i’d pull the trigger. i don’t care how illogical or irrational that is
Jordan Love led the league in win percentage added and WPA/dropback.
You will not find a split where he was not excellent.
And he was more than good enough vs Chicago with a lead. The defense gave up 25 in the fourth quarter and his kicker missed 3 kicks.
Trey Hendrickson had 6.5 sacks, 18 QB hits and 63 pressures over roughly 1,000 snaps during his first 3 seasons before breaking out big time as a starter in Year 4.
Lukas Van Ness had 8.5 sacks, 23 QB hits and 69 pressures over 1,200 snaps during his first 3 seasons.
In hindsight, the Bears' trade for Joe Thuney was a massive steal.
I know he's older. But a fourth-round pick + a two-year, $35 million contract for such a high-level player is a great value.
The guys with blitz EPA way above their no-blitz EPA are likely primed for regression.
Love has become a low-variance player in these scenarios. Just good all the time.
Which is stupid because they had the best defense in the NFL and Love was playing without his top 3 WRs.
That same defense put the belt to Patrick Mahomes and no one is saying he sucks now.
If Bears fans don't believe me, maybe they'll believe their own coach, who said, on the record, EPA is "one of the most critical factors in determining wins and losses."
