Someone ghosted me once after a very very very perfect date.
He just dropped me off, ignored my messages, and never contacted me again. I took it as a L and moved on. We still viewed each other’s WhatsApp status o, but that was it.
Then one day I posted on my WhatsApp status complaining bitterly about the rising body odour in town and he responded to my status with a question, asking how he can politely tell someone they have body odour.
I told him there’s really no easy way o, but if it were me, depending on the relationship I have with the person, I’ll probably just ask them something like “did you change your body cream or get a new one recently? You smell funny o, are you sure they’ve not sold you a fake?”
His next message was “when we went on that date, did you change your body cream or get a new one recently? you smelled funny o, are you sure they didn’t sell you a fake?”
I’m stunned people are defending this. A side hug doesn’t make it automatically okay. She’s 13, and people have a right not to want to be hugged. Watch her body language instead of jumping to call critics ‘dirty-minded.’ That says more about you than them.
En este preciso momento hay personas enterradas vivas con la esperanzas de ser encontradas, no importa la religión que seas, hoy pide por ellas 🙏🏼🕯️❤️🥹
My CT scan result came back, and it showed that the cancer has metastasized to my lungs, my ovary, and some other parts of my body. There is no option for chemotherapy anymore. This means my days are numbered. Cancer won guysss. 😁
Tell British council to come and cut your grasses or trim your lawn for you because you pay council tax or National tax. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
Indeed Nigeria deserves better citizens
Next week, I will be taking 3 students and 2 teachers to Rome, Italy, all expenses paid by me.
All visas have been issued and all arrangements have been sorted.
The students will represent Nigeria in the Maths and Science categories of the International STEM Olympiad.
They will compete alongside 154 other countries.
The students who won the 2026 South East Maths Olympiad and the teachers who supported them are going. Both the teachers and the students will experience growth together.
I will continue to push our bright minds to global stages.
In 10 years, I pray you will be alive to see the outcome of our investments in our children today.
