@DeeBee769 @virginmedia It’s very much a “computer sez no” mentality. We had lots of problems when dealing with @virginmedia customer services in the summer when we got broadband installed, plus we’ve both had nuisance sales calls. Been a customer since 1998 (as Telewest), will be leaving.
