In Argentina, we gather around the table to slow down, spend time with family and friends, and chew on some good meat. We balance it all with our great red wine, Malbec.
The Argentines call this "Sobremesa," the art of lingering after a meal.
Pulses slow down.
Stress melts away.
Everyone is smiling and poking fun.
Nothing could be healthier for your overall wellbeing, than the connection that comes from spending hours together around a table.

@SIUC_SPS@Warwatcher123@realmaddox That's the proper legal term for murder but it's not the widely used one lol. Yes you'd be right in that case but nobody in day to day life calls something a homicide. Obviously I am not talking about murder in the first degree
@Warwatcher123@realmaddox Murder bad. This is true. But there are at least specific instances where murder kinda hits a gray area. If you are a rapist you are always the scum of the earth though.
@Warwatcher123@realmaddox Okay, I think you're getting a bit confused on my stance here. Homicide is just a broad legal term. Lol. In my opinion, murder is sometimes justified. Killing an abuser or whatever, I don't really want to get that specific. There is never any world where rape is okay or justified
