Yes, they do. I think the problem is illegal migrants. Some people known as migrants enter the UK Legally, there may still be some bad eggs that get past the checks.

Imagine a dictator who wants to take over the UK by force, the perfect route in to the UK under cover via the illegal route.

We know it does. It is very problematic, especially for the poor children that are brought into the world with extreme disabilities. It is a scientific fact. The problem is while it happens a lot it is also draining the support available for parents who have not married a close relative but their child has special needs.
