no revenge, but one day you’ll realize i had the purest intentions with you, unlike everyone else. people like me don’t come around often.
you’ll remember how i listened when no one else cared, how i saw good in you when you couldn’t see it yourself.
how i stayed when i could’ve left, forgave when i could’ve been angry, and wished you well when i had every reason not to. i wasn’t perfect, but i was real, and that’s rare.
one day you’ll understand what kind of presence i was the kind that doesn’t come twice. and you’ll realize losing me wasn’t just losing a person, it was losing someone who only ever wanted the best for you.
I’ve been real lowkey lately and honestly I like it that way. I don’t feel the need to be involved in everything, talk to everybody, or keep connections alive that feel forced. If the energy change, I notice it and fall back. If a conversation feels one sided, I leave it alone. I’ve gotten comfortable with my own space because that’s where I think the clearest. These days I’m focused on myself, my goals, and becoming a better version of who I was yesterday. I’m not rushing nothing. I’m just letting life happen and growing through it.
