Hi, I’m Dee. 🙋🏼♀️
I’m a strategic social storyteller fueled by coffee, culture, and curiosity.
I share Disney nostalgia, wildlife photography, global travel, and reflections on how stories shape emotion and community.
From theme parks to coffee farms, I chase magic with purpose.
Coffee is fuel. Sarcasm is seasoning. ☕📸✨
Skywalker Sound released a behind-the-scenes look at how editors and Foley artists helped bring Disneyland’s history to life in ‘Disneyland Handcrafted.’
We are heartbroken by the passing of legendary R&B singer Peabo Bryson. His performance of "A Whole New World,” with Regina Bell, from Disney’s Aladdin was the first-ever song from an animated film to hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and we will forever treasure his performance on the song as well as his performance of "Beauty and the Beast,” with Celine Dion, from Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
I keep thinking of this idea: James Bones, 00-Wiener. Licensed to sniff. Trained in advanced counterintelligence, couch surveillance, and the recovery of dropped food. His enemies fear him. The mailman most of all.
There is something deeply therapeutic about spending all day reading terrible takes online and then immediately becoming James Bond for the evening. #FirstLight
Jesus' harshest words weren't directed towards "sinners."
Jesus' harshest words were directed towards those who used their religion as a tool of oppression and self serving power.
Jesus' harshest words were directed towards religious hypocrisy.
May we remember this.
I’ve been called performative, disingenuous, woke, dramatic, and about a dozen other things this week. The reality is much less exciting: I shared an opinion about a theme park attraction. Some of y’all are acting like I proposed launching it into the sun.
The funny part is that nobody has to agree with me. Discussion is healthy. Disagreement is healthy. That’s what makes fandom interesting. But if your response to a different perspective is name-calling, profanity, or questioning someone’s character, maybe it’s worth asking why a ride refurbishment is hitting such a nerve in the first place.
And for what it’s worth, I often share the wildest parts of this discourse with my real life friends. We laugh, shake our heads, pet the dog, and move on with our lives. Twitter is a tiny slice of reality, not reality itself.
