I have taken the time to read and digest the new testimony (and surrounding commentary) that further confirms that ‘sexual violence was "widespread and systematic" during the October 7 attack, rape and gang rape occurring in at least six different locations.’

This testimony should not have been needed for people to believe what happened to these women and girls. As this article reminds us: ‘bodies of young women [were found] stripped and tied to trees and poles, shot through their genitals and in the head.’ If it were any other group of women, this in itself would have been acknowledged (and empathised with) as credible indicators of brutal rape.

As @orlipeter wrote a few days ago on X:

‘International investigators have relied on similar forensic markers for decades. In Bosnia, Rwanda, Darfur, and elsewhere, they have drawn on:

▶️ The condition and positioning of other women's bodies
▶️Physical evidence of restraint and assault
▶️Witnesses who heard women's screams begging them to stop
▶️Observed assaults
▶️Repeated patterns of similar violence
▶️Delayed witness or survivor testimony, a common response to extreme psychological shock.

All of these were present after October 7.’

Thus I can think of no further comment other than to reiterate the exact words I wrote in an article March 2024 to the ‘feminists’ who betrayed every principle they purportedly stood for in denying or rationalising this horror of mass sexual violence:

The weight of the unspeakable agony that these victims endured in their final moments is one carried by the Jewish community globally: an agony that echoes the brutality inflicted on Jewish women for millennia.

It is a weight made infinitely heavier by the profound betrayal of so many ‘feminists’. Author Rena Lipiner Katz, daughter of Holocaust survivors, searingly wrote on X: ‘after 40 years of self-identification as a feminist, I renounce it. Women's groups have abandoned me and my Jewish sisters by politicising feminism and left us exposed once again to a brutality unseen in history. I am a Jew.’
