@KPMemberService I wonder if my ability to get care will improve if I get on Medicaid. The way I was turned away at urgent care after waiting outside in the cold only to be told to go wait some more in the ER has sent my mind and body into a spiral tonight.

We are paying high as premiums but cannot get care. I’m hemorrhaging and have a blood disorder AND FUCKING URGENT CARE TURNED ME AWAY. The ER is in a shambles as well. Healthcare is in literal ruins and I desperately need help. Thanks @KPMemberService

@KPMemberService well after waiting outside in the cold I was denied an UC appointment and told to wait some more in the ER. They know so need help and have history of chronic illness yet wouldn’t just do a CBC. I’m going to go home and just get worse. Thanks KP!!!
