With Enzo heavily linked to Real Madrid and PSG, Chelsea may soon need a new leadership figure behind Reece James and internally, Colwill is already seen as someone with captain material. 👀

The 23-year-old defender has reportedly impressed staff behind the scenes with his maturity, leadership and the way he supports younger academy players during difficult moments at Cobham.

Even former Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca previously admitted Colwill already behaves like one of the captains and could officially wear the armband in the future. 💬

Despite his age, Colwill understands the club better than most after coming through the academy himself and many inside Chelsea believe he represents the identity, mentality and personality the club wants moving forward.
