This here is why #RutoMustGo . Let no one lie to you, there will be no “change of heart” for this regime. We cannot live like this. Kenya must remain a constitutional democracy. @MarthaKoome @ODPP_KE we are looking at you.

Busia Senator Okiya Omtatah has gone to court to challenge a law that protects the IMF and World Bank from being sued in Kenya.
He argues that the IMF and World Bank should be held accountable in Kenyan courts instead of being protected by law.
.@Ademba_47 is still being held in Ol Kalou. He was arrested by plainclothes officers early this morning near the AC Primary polling station. They have refused to release him on bail, and he is expected to be arraigned in court tomorrow morning.

My heart is bleeding today.
I am at Rurii Polling Centre in Ol Kalou, and I have just witnessed something I will never forget.
A sick elderly man insisted on voting before going back to the hospital.
He could not even afford transport.
His children & neighbors carried him to the polling station because he was too weak to walk.
After casting his vote, they are now carrying him back.
This level of commitment to democracy has deeply moved me.
The determination, sacrifice, and sense of civic duty I have witnessed here is overwhelming.
Ruto may have looted and stacked billions for 2027, but Kenyans will eat that money, take the handouts, board the hired vehicles and still vote him out, because the Ol Kalou scenario will be repeated across the country.
