The cyclist was on his side of the line, the car was on the line but with a copious amount of space, the car was making a point and being belligerent and intentionally caused the collision. @MatthewStadlen @robprogressive That doesn’t make it fair. Tax everyone 20% and the Times newspaper ran article that proved that the tax gathered would increase due a lack of incentive to leave or “manage” tax returns.
