How can you even give this reason when your delivery agent never answered the call, called themself or even showed up at the delivery location?

Also, no delivery attempt was made and you have marked it as failed still. Funnily, your delivery executives didn’t even answer their calls.

@help_delhivery So first you guys lose my parcel, I create a hullabaloo and then you tell me it’s out for delivery and then your delivery person refuses to answer the phone or even talk when I call back. Over 10 times. What kind of scam are you running @delhivery ?
@delhivery - I scheduled a pick-up of an urgent parcel & I have been facing a lot of issues with our service & there is no clear communication. First the pickup was not done until I followed up 24 hrs later & now there are some unforeseen delays & no one is responding on the app

What is the use of opting for an express or direct service if you guys are going to deliver the parcel even later than the timeline that the standard service provided?
@Housing - you guys assume it’s your right to call someone even if they just open the app? And when I pointed that out to the customer service rep who called me unprompted and twice, he had the audacity to tell me - don’t use the app if you don’t want calls. Wow!
