Jennifer Cruz punched a Florida Highway Patrol trooper and kicked an ICE officer after telling them she was “ready to fight” during an immigration traffic stop. She resisted arrest aggressively, continuing to strike and kick officers as they tried to take her into custody.

As officers attempted to place her in a patrol vehicle, Cruz kicked at a CBP agent, an ICE officer, and a Trooper, successfully striking the CBP agent and the ICE officer (whose left hand was injured). Even after being secured in the vehicle, she kept kicking the windows, roof, and in-car camera.

While being transported, Cruz told officers her actions weren’t worth escalating the situation “over a set of car keys.” Later, she admitted on a phone call that she “messed up really ugly” and that what she did was not okay. She even apologized to the Trooper she had punched, saying she knew the officer had a job to do.

Jennifer Cruz was charged with 14 crimes, including battery on an officer and resisting an officer with violence.

She was sent a Notice of Hearing on June 10, 2026.

The mom recorded the whole confrontation. The man wouldn’t back off even after being told to leave the child alone.

Maybe don’t take your wife to Chick-fil-a if she’s sick and shouldn’t be around germs.

I can assure you that nobody is going to approach my child and demand that she does anything. Once I’ve asked you to back up and you don’t, the situation will be handled.

เท่าที่ฟังเป็นความผิดฝั่งตัวเองแท้ๆ แต่เถียงฉอดๆและกร่างไม่หยุด บอกว่าจะแจ้งความกลับ พร้อมท้าตีท้าท้าต่อย หาว่าไม่ใช่ลูกผู้ชาย ท้าทายจะเอาเรื่องให้ถึงที่สุด ตำรวจบอกว่า " เชิญครับพี่ ผมปฏิบัติตามหน้าที่ "

This group of young men harassed a man fishing alone on a lake. They told him he couldn’t be there and came back three times to repeat it. The man felt harassed enough to call the authorities. He wasn’t comfortable leaving his boat to get his truck at the ramp. Finally, a deputy arrived and gave the young men a piece of her mind. So what was up with these guys—were they bored or looking for a fight? Seems they wasted what could have been a fun day on the lake to me.
