@MrPool_QQ The Bible never gives the Roman Church the authority to make people Saints.
The RC Church makes up doctrine as they go along to suit their purpose.
The pope is nothing more than a man and has no authority on this earth.
Read the word of God, remove yourself from the RC church.
For the last year, I’ve disappeared down a rabbit hole that has completely changed how I understand America.
Like many of you, I watched strange alliances form seemingly overnight. Movements on the right and the left, people who otherwise despise one another, began arriving at many of the same conclusions.
Christians turned on Christians. Institutions I had trusted seemed to change almost overnight. Israel became the flashpoint for almost everything.
None of it made sense.
Until one day, I realized I was asking the wrong question.
This isn’t about Israel. The deeper battle is over something most Americans may have forgotten.
What is America?
That question consumed me. It led me through Scripture, covenant theology, the Protestant Reformation, the American founding, political philosophy, and history.
I came to see the American founding as resting on two covenants.
The first is the Declaration of Independence. It is our covenant of promise. It declares that our rights are not gifts from kings, legislatures, courts, or majorities. They come from our Creator. They exist before government exists. Government does not create them. It recognizes them.
The second is the Constitution. It is our covenant of law. It establishes the limits of civil government, restrains power, and creates a political order capable of protecting liberty without becoming the source of liberty.
Together, they answer one of the oldest questions in history.
Who sits on the throne?
Every civilization answers that question.
Some place an emperor there.
Some place a party there.
Some place a church there.
Some place the state there.
Some place the common good there.
America did something different.
America placed God above the throne.
That is why no court, no majority, and no church possesses ultimate authority over the human conscience.
Government has real authority, but it is delegated authority. It is not ultimate authority.
The state governs laws.
The state governs courts.
The state governs taxes.
But the human soul belongs to God.
I have become convinced that this is America’s greatest inheritance. It is also the inheritance many of us have forgotten. We don’t need to be more Christian we already are one.
If we do not understand what made America different, how can we possibly defend it?
That is why I wrote The Covenant Versus the Common Good: The Battle for the Soul of America.
This is not another book about the culture war. It is an attempt to uncover the foundation beneath it.
It argues that the battle over Israel is not the disease but the symptom. It examines why Israel has so often become the focal point of attacks throughout history while asking what lies beneath those attacks. It explores why movements on both the American right and the American left, despite profoundly disagreeing with one another, are increasingly converging on the same destination.
Some pursue that destination intentionally.
Others pursue it with the very best of intentions.
But history teaches the same lesson over and over again. Whenever man occupies the place that belongs to God, freedom gives way to power. Not necessarily because men are evil, but because every one of us falls short of the glory of God.
This book is my attempt to document that pattern carefully, honestly, and with evidence rather than speculation. More than anything, it is an attempt to recover an inheritance that I believe is worth preserving for our children and grandchildren.
The Covenant Versus the Common Good: The Battle for the Soul of America will be released on December 4, 2026.
Between now and then, I’ll be sharing research, draft chapters, and the historical journey that led me here to those who have subscribed.
Because I have become convinced of one thing.
If we don’t understand what we’re fighting to protect, we will lose it. Not because our opponents were stronger, but because we forgot what made it worth defending in the first place.
A huge scandal is brewing at Boston Magazine today, after writer Gretchen Voss was accused of intentionally withholding from readers her connection to a PI named Kate Peter.
Peter had direct involvement in the prosecution of journalist Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney.
Wow.
I remember the day Charlie Kirk was assassinated.
I remember seeing that video.
I remember begging Jesus to spare his life. Please God. PLEASE. Over and over.
I remember thinking- this can’t be real.
Not Charlie.
He is the best of us.
A man of peace and faith.
Who believed we could change hearts with truth, and because our ideas are better.
And that hateful deviant killed him.
Because he didn’t like what Charlie said.
They couldn’t allow Charlie to speak- because he was effective. And they hated him for it.
I feel sick. I can’t believe it’s almost been a year.
I miss Charlie.
I know he’s with God. I KNOW that.
But selfishly, I wish we still had him here with us.
Jezebel was a Phoenician princess who married Ahab, king of Israel, and brought the worship of Baal with her.
She led God’s people into idolatry (1 Kings 16:31–33). She killed the Lord’s prophets and hunted Elijah (1 Kings 18–19). She used deception and abuse of power to destroy an innocent man, forging letters in the king’s name and arranging false witnesses to have Naboth executed for his vineyard (1 Kings 21). And she dominated a weak king who stood by and let her do it.
Elijah prophesied that dogs would devour her (1 Kings 21:23). And in 2 Kings 9 it happens. She is thrown from a window, trampled, and eaten by dogs.
But her name makes it into the New Testament, when Jesus rebukes the church in Thyatira for tolerating “that woman Jezebel” who calls herself a prophetess and leads believers into immorality and idolatry (Revelation 2:20).
Why? Because the story of Jezebel is about a pattern. An era. False authority that infiltrates from within, seduces God’s people away from truth, silences genuine voices (the prophets), manufactures lies (the sealed letters, the false witnesses, the legal proceeding), and thrives wherever those who can stop her are passive.
What Jezebel represents is so important that we are warned about it by Christ in Revelation. And the warning isn’t aimed at the Jezebel or the deceiver. It’s aimed at those who tolerate the deceptions.
We live in a time when influential voices build massive followings by mixing truth with fabrication, by destroying innocent people’s reputations with nothing more than vibes. They get rich from it. And audiences and institutions tolerate it because confrontation is costly.
By the time of Revelation, Jezebel had been dead for roughly 900 years. Jesus wasn’t confused about the timeline. He took a dead queen’s name and applied it to a living deception, because Jezebel had become a spirit that recurs. An era.
And the Jezebel era is easy to spot if you read Kings.
Truth is inverted. Baal was enthroned where Yahweh belonged. Isaiah 5:20 describes this: calling evil good and good evil, darkness light and light darkness.
The truth-tellers are attacked relentlessly. The prophets were killed or driven into caves, and even Elijah ends up under the broom tree wanting to die, convinced he is the only one left. A Jezebel era doesn’t just spread lies. It demoralizes the truth-tellers until they become silent.
Those in power are too passive. Ahab knew, and did nothing to stop her. The era isn’t sustained by the deceiver alone but by everyone with authority who finds it easier to look away, or by anyone who has the power to push back and doesn’t.
But God always keeps a remnant.
Seven thousand who did not bow the knee to Baal (1 Kings 19:18).
Because Jezebel eras don’t get reformed. They get overthrown. And as we learn in Revelation, the time to repent is given, and then it runs out.
Well we are in the Jezebel era. And the only way out is through. That’s why people have to fight for truth, judge those they listen to by the fruits those people produce, pray for and exercise discernment, and be the remnant.
Not Ahab.
I hope everyone will read Dave Ramsey’s comments about going cashless. It’s a two minute read. No one has explained it better. He brings up several situations I'd never considered.
I took this picture of my receipt in my beautiful town Kerrville Texas. I support this and I can see how this could affect our kids by having gaps in work ethic, financial literacy, and community connection.
Dave Ramsey repost:
HERE'S WHAT NO CASH ACTUALLY MEANS:
A cashless society means no cash. Zero. It doesn’t mean mostly cashless and you can still use a ‘wee bit of cash here & there’. Cashless means fully digital, fully traceable, fully controlled. I think those who support a cashless society aren’t fully aware of what they are asking for. A cashless society means:
* If you are struggling with your mortgage on a particular month, you can’t do an odd job to get you through.
* Your child can’t go & help the local farmer to earn a bit of summer cash.
* No more cash slipped into the hands of a child as a good luck charm or from their grandparent when going on holidays.
* No more money in birthday cards.
* No more piggy banks for your child to collect pocket money & to learn about the value of earning.
* No more cash for a rainy day fund or for that something special you have been putting $20 a week away for.
* No more little jobs on the side because your wages barely cover the bills or put food on the table.
* No more charity collections.
* No more selling bits & pieces from your home that you no longer want/need for a bit of cash in return.
* No more cash gifts from relatives or loved ones.
What a cashless society does guarantee:
* Banks have full control of every single penny you own.
* Every transaction you make is recorded.
* All your movements & actions are traceable.
* Access to your money can be blocked at the click of a button when/if banks need ‘clarification’ from you which will take about 3 weeks, a thousand questions answered & five thousand passwords.
* You will have no choice but to declare & be taxed on every dollar in your possession.
* The government WILL decide what you can & cannot purchase.
* If your transactions are deemed in any way questionable, by those who create the questions, your money will be frozen, ‘for your own good’.
Forget about cash being dirty. Stop being so easily led. Cash has been around for a very, very, very long time & it gives you control over how you trade with the world. It gives you independence.
If you are a customer, pay with cash. If you are a shop owner, remove those ridiculous signs that ask people to pay by card. Cash is a legal tender, it is our right to pay with cash. Banks are making it increasingly difficult to lodge cash.
Please open your eyes. Please stop believing everything you are being told. Almost every single topic in today’s world is tainted with corruption & hidden agendas.
Pay with cash & please say no to a cashless society while you still have the choice.
WAKE UP CHRISTIANS If the body of Christ doesn’t wake up, Islam will take over your nation.
Whilst Christians have been saying “you shouldn’t get involved in politics,” Muslims are getting involved as a form of ‘holy Jihad.’
Whilst Christians have been saying “I don’t want to force Christianity on my children, I’ll let them decide what to believe,” Muslims have indoctrination schools that brainwashes children in Sharia law.
Muslims are more proud of their p*dof*le prophet than most Christians are proud of Jesus Christ.
STOP BEING ASHAMED OF YOUR GOD.
STOP BEING ASHAMED OF THE BIBLE.
SHOUT JESUS FROM THE ROOFTOPS.
ANOTHER DAY CLOSER
Each day I have to remind myself that there are things in the Bible that will happen that’s going to be really bad. We are going to feel very uncomfortable so prepare yourself and others.
I’ve loved the things that Trump has done to make America better. However, since his trip to China earlier this year things have changed. Trump is so egotistical that he thinks Islamic leaders won’t lie to him. Satan will use this to his advantage.
If you don’t know Jesus please don’t wait another day to get right with God. The Bible has predicted many events that will take place in the future. I try to talk about them often to warn unbelievers what’s in store for them.
If you are reading this know that I’m writing this out of love for you. I care deeply about where you will spend eternity. Not everyone is promised an opportunity to have a deathbed confession so I’m urging you today to seek the truth found only in Jesus Christ.
Taylor Swift, who doesn't support borders, walls, guns, or billionaires, sets up a massive wall around MSG with heavily armed security for her billionaire wedding
You know what shook me when I was Muslim?
The story of Hosea. God tells a prophet to marry a woman He knows will betray him.
She does. She runs to other men. She ends up enslaved, sold, used up, worthless to the world.
And God tells Hosea to go BUY HER BACK.
To pay money for his own wife who cheated on him, and love her again. Hosea 3.
I thought it was the most humiliating command in the Bible. Why would any man do that?
Then I realized I was the wife.
I gave my heart to everything but God. I chased other masters. I sold myself cheap. I made myself worthless.
And God looked at me, the betrayer, and didn’t say “you’re not worth it.”
He said, “Name the price. I’m buying her back.”
That’s the Gospel. God doesn’t wait for the unfaithful to come crawling back clean.
He pays to redeem them while they’re still dirty.
Islam told me to make myself worthy of God.
Hosea showed me a God who pays to redeem the unworthy.
The cross was Him naming the price.
Praise the Lord.
