@UBACares you are sending me the wrong info. As stated, I do not want my signature changed. All I’m asking for is to confirm that my NIN is linked to my account. I haven’t changed that signature on my account in over a decade and I’ve been using that account since 2005.

@UBAGroup@UBACares I received an email from your bank asking me to update my account with my NIN/BVN even though I did this years ago. It’s impossible for me to go to a UBA branch as I do not live in Nigeria, and I’m nowhere near a bank branch. Can someone on your end confirm?
