@HuaweiZA Furthermore, the repair was supposed to take 3 to 5 working days and to date nothing has happened, i took my device upon realising that the service i was getting was very poor and requested my refund. To date i have not received my refund.

@HuaweiZA I have a D14 ryzen 7 notebook which i bought in 2021 , i booked in the device in for battery replacement on the 1st of June 2025 at Huawei Cornubia Mall in Durban and i was not be assisted, the most frustrating part is i had to call the to check on the status of the repairs.
