@rajan_bajaj Since then trying to call the technician, he is not picking up phone. Did two mails,no reply. Tried to call customer care number 02241280000. It just keeps asking continuously to press number for the language....

@rajan_bajaj I had problem with my Morphy Richard OTG temperature fluctuations. I filed the complaint. Technician came and changed the thermostat. Within 2 months again temperature issues started.

@JeffBezos Delivery boy lied that we were not available. Next day again after many emails and assurences delivery didn't happen. My order number was 171-1045415-7163565.
