I was gonna make an April Fools joke about psychiatry finally finding biomarkers for the 541 mental disorders they’ve invented to medicate, sedate and imprison people, but it’s just too far-fetched.

saw this quote and thought about how a safe therapeutic space can break down the burden of shame. as a trainee, I've also noticed that a safe supervision space frees me from the shame I might experience from the mistakes I've made or things I've forgotten.
