I truly truly went in as Rahul Sankrityan's fan but came out in awe of VD's performance.

@thisizAravind Show some dignity and give credit when you take someone's videos or atleast ask before using.

'first in my bloodline' trend makes me realize how rapidly society has changed for women in just a single generation.

They are literally the first in their entire lineage to do very basic things everyone now considers completely normal.

It was a #BlindDateWithPCX and @PrasadsCinemas chose it to be THE #AvatarFireAndAsh Premier

[Chinmayi Sripaada @Chinmayi]

I was raised to question everything. Including the Gods, customs, God heads and practices and reject anything that makes no sense to me.
I can question why Rama or Krishna Or Dasaratha did AND disagree.
I dont understand the Talibanisation of 'DO NOT SPEAK AND DO NOT ASK QUESTION' style that has come up recently.
Duality, Singularity, Dvaita, Advaita, Shakta, one can follow any path and find their salvation.
Debate, Criticism and even shunning of brahminical practices as Sant Jnaneshwar did by refusing the 'sacred thread', the questioning of belief system in public Sabhas.

Swami Dayananda Saraswati, the founder of Arya Samaj said, who was an important figure in the Indian Independence Movement denounced Idol Worship. He said "The eighteen Puranas and Upapuranas are filled with contradictions, idol worship, incarnations and personification of God, temples, rituals, and practices that are against the Vedas." He also condemned practices of several different religions and communities, including such practices as idol worship, animal sacrifice, pilgrimages, priest craft, offerings made in temples, the castes, child marriage, meat eating and discrimination against women. He argued that all of these practices ran contrary to good sense and the wisdom of the Vedas.

Until Sankaracharya said so - Animal sacrifice was normal in pyooooor devout ritualistic practices- EVEN HE got a LOT of pushback but today Sankaracharya and his practices are the tome to follow.

Looks like in the new brainwashed, stupidified India there is a new definition of what Hindus should be like. Parroted and repeated by men whose brains haven't developed beyond the IQ of a pea.
I refuse and denounce any and all of oppressive and controlling nonsense in the name of faith.
This is how I choose to live MY life and how I practice MY faith.
Do your own thing inside your houses and don't tell ME what to do in my own.
