@Nespresso I hope I receive a convenient solution as KSA team are not taking any responsibility, which will force me to raise a complaint with the ministry of commerce to get a better solution.

@Nespresso Still the process is very slow and no updates, it could be got damaged when they send it from a city to another city through the shipping company. It’s been a month and I need a faster solution please check with KSA team @Nespresso

@Nespresso I hope someone can fix this issue as the KSA team are not providing any solution/support.
If I have tried the capsules elsewhere and the same issue it means I deserve a refund or a replacement and they can’t do both this means I’m throwing money in the garbage!
