The catch: AI sounds right even when it's wrong. So code checks it before Gmail:
- Read-only CRM tool. Code decides new, open deal or client
- 14 checks on the AI's own tool calls
- Fit score set by code, not the AI
- Drafts only. Nothing auto-sends

Agencies: every website lead needs a CRM check, a fit check and a reply. By hand, that eats hours while good leads wait.
I built an n8n AI agent for the first pass: it checks HubSpot, scores fit against your rules and drafts the reply. A person reviews and sends.

It's just crazy that it's 4am and I've been waiting for electricity since 11pm just to do something and still yet....no light.
Your location determines how fast you progress, honestly.
How do you guys get the confidence to ask people to give or borrow you money?
I can't muster the confidence at all, even as I need urgent money badly like this.
Even to ask my own brother dey do me somehow.
A bakery asked me to fix their WhatsApp orders.
Customers text things like "2 loaves and a dozen buns for Friday" and staff had to work out what they meant.
Now a bot reads it, asks "which loaf? which buns?", sends a summary with prices and books it when they reply YES.
🧵
The AI only reads. Code handles prices, closed days and the 4pm cutoff, so no one can talk it into a free order.
Customers can change or cancel in the chat. Late changes go to staff by email.
"Hi" and "yes" never touch the AI, so it stays cheap.
